Land

There are 4 types of areas you may come across in the games. They are land, mountain, forest, and lake.

The token on the top-left corner of the card is the element that the area has. Each area only has 1 type of element. It will relate to how you utilize the relic and skills.

The sign will relate to the traps you set on the area.

In player phase, the first thing you can do by spending 1 action is traveling. To travel around, you need to choose your target area first. Then you have to make sure there’s no danger while traveling. Here is what you need to do:

1. Choose your target area

The farthest you can travel in 1 action is 2 distances away. However, you have to unveil the covered area in your neighborhood  first before you want to go further away.

2. Check TR criteria

After you chose your target area, it's important to make sure there's no danger ahead. To do that, you need to roll the orange die. The result will be the TR number. You have to check if the TR number passes the criteria on the journal card.

3. Match, or do not match TR criteria

If the result doesn’t match TR criteria. It means nothing happens, you can just put your human figure in your target area and this action is finished. However, if the result does match the TR criteria. It means you come across something. You need to draw a creature card.

4. Put the creature card in your neighbor area

You have to put the card you drew from the creature deck on an area adjacent to your current area and place your human figure on it. Then, this action is finished. However, according to your target area, where you put the creature card will be different and you will have to deal with the danger immediately.
