How to Search

Sometimes a search can be fruitful, but it can also end up in vain. You can only search your current area. Whenever you search, you have to roll the orange die and compare the SR on the latest-found journal card. If the number meets the criteria, it means you found something, you can either take 2 shards into your resource stack or draw 1 card from the treasure deck. Also, if the element in the area matches your relic, you can choose to gain 1 more element instead.

NOTE: you can search in the same area twice in a round. If the area has creatures on it, you can’t search the area

In the game, you will have to keep looking for journals in order to end the game. It costs you 1 action to do a search.
